MACOM UPDATES

Lowell, MA, October 26, 2013– M/A-COM Technology Solutions Inc. (“MACOM”), a leading supplier of high-performance RF, microwave and millimeter wave products, today announced a new GaAs Switch for front end 802.11 n, ac applications.

The MASW-011043 is an integrated MMIC design which includes a SPDT switch and a SP3T switch which enables the customer to cover dual bands at 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz. The switch delivers high isolation and low insertion loss in a lead free 2x2mm 12-Lead STQFN, allowing the customer easy implementation into all broad band applications.
