Transimpedance Amplifiers - LIDAR

The wide range, high-bandwidth Transimpedance Amplifier is designed to interface with a balanced pair of photodetectors typically used in FMCW applications.  The output noise and linearity is optimized for FMCW LiDAR used in Automotive, Robotics and Industrial applications. They are available in die form for integration with photodetectors. The compact die size supports using multiple die for interfacing with larger photodiode arrays.
