PIN Photoreceiver 53 GBaud
The MARP-PT28G is a linear differential-output receiver module for 28/53 GBd PAM-4 transmission applications. It couples a PIN photodiode, usable from 850 - 1575 nm, with a transimpedance amplifier. This combination produces a low noise receiver that is capable of flat S21 response out to 30 GHz at a differential gain setting of 1000 V/W.
