GaN Amplifier Pallet 50 V, 300 W 2400 - 2500 MHz
The MAPC-P1040 is a 50 Ohm matched high power GaN on Silicon Carbide HEMT D-mode pallet amplifier suitable for 2400-2500 MHz frequency operation. The device supports CW & pulsed operation with output power levels of 300W at 2450. The output circulator achieves over 26dB output isolation and protects the PA device from damage in case of output open & short circuit. The amplifier provides additional features to monitor forward & reverse powers.
The MAPC-P1040 uses MACOM’s Power Management IC (PMIC) which features full bias sequencing, temperature compensation and reporting, ON/OFF control, and various alarms.
