 The MAPC-A1502 is a high power GaN on Silicon Carbide HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for 400 - 460 MHz frequency operation. The device supports pulsed operation with output power levels of 1250 W (61 dBm) at 50 V in an air cavity ceramic package.
