Quad 53GBaud PAM4/NRZ VCSEL Driver

The MALD-39437 is a Quad 53 GBaud PAM4/NRZ VCSEL Driver designed to directly modulate VCSELs in transmit path of optical modules. The MALD-39437 is variant of MALD-39435 with inverted high-speed data polarity. The outputs are spaced on 250 μm centers to be compatible with standard optical interfaces. The device provides a two-wire serial interface which allows digital programmable control of bias and modulation currents to eliminate the need for external components. The MALD-39437 is available in a 2800 μm x 2000 μm die supplied in waffle packs, whole wafers or quartered wafers.
