The ENGAD00039 is a packaged Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) operating across 8 to 12 GHz with a nominal saturated output power (Psat) of 22 Watts and average 41% power added efficiency (PAE). The ENGAD00039 uses SMA interfaces for the RF input and output ports. The ENGAD00039 operates with a single +28-V supply voltage. The SSPA uses the ENGPA00166A MMIC which offers 25 Watts output power and 45% PAE.
