10G APD Receivers

The AT-10SFH/17LP/AC/FC/MM is a -28.5 dBm sensitivity, differential-output receiver module for OC-192 / STM-64 transmission system receive applications up to 12.5 Gb/s. It couples a high responsivity (0.7 A/W @ M=1), front-illuminated APD photodiode, usable from 1250 nm to 1650 nm, with a transimpedance gain stage of 3.4k V/A differential. This combination produces a receiver with a 10.5 GHz bandwidth and AC conversion gain of 24k V/W differential @ M=10. The differential-output module is offered in a 17-pin MSA package with multimode fiber input and the output is available either AC- or DC-coupled. The receiver meets Telcordia GR-468 qualification standards.
