The MAPC-A1600 is a high power GaN on Silicon Carbide HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for 960 - 1400 MHz frequency operation. The device supports pulsed operation with output power levels of 150 W (51.8 dBm) at 160 V in an air cavity ceramic package.
